ここの鉄道の従業員の人に聞いたところによると、この専用線では、3号機が一番古い機関車だということでした。

The workers here said that the Loco No.3 is the oldest locomotive in this business track.

左側に見えている機関車が3号機です。草むらに朽ち果てているように見えますが、ちゃんと動きます。手前は燃料の薪です。
The locomotive at the front side of this photo is the locomotive No. 3. It seems the loco fell into decay in the tussock but it still can work well!

近くで見るとこんな感じ。燃料の薪を満載しています。
Near View of the loco. Fuel woods are fully loaded.

灰箱の中には燻っている燃えかすが見えます。カマに火は入っています。
There are smoldering ashes in the ash pan. Fuel is burning in the firebox.

Koppel社製ですね。

Orensteim & Koppel-Arthur Koppelとあります。1910～20年代の製造のようです。

往事はスラバヤで活躍していたのかもしれません。

そのうち確認してみます。
This locomotive is made by Koppel.
The label says Orensteim & Koppel-Arthur Koppel. It would be turned out in 1910-1920.
I would check sometime...
